FLU KIT
o Disposable tissues
o Liquid soap
o Paper towels
o Alcohol – gel hand cleaner with at least 60% alcohol
o Thermometer
o Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and/or Ibuprofen (Advil)
o Fluids for replacement ( juices, teas, soda, soup, jello)
Electrolyte Replacement Recipe
2 quarts water
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
7 tablespoons sugar
You may add 1 packet sugar free Kool-Aid for taste. Make homemade popsicles and ice cubes for variety

o Cleaner/ disinfectant for surfaces
Disinfectant Recipe
1 part bleach to 4 parts water

Remember to get your regular prescriptions filled at least five days before they run out. You may not be able to get to the pharmacy.

Have a plan ready for care of your children if school is closed and you need to go to work.
